Using your accounting qualification or equivalent you will have the experience of providing finance support to a significant business unit (including balance sheet responsibility). You will have strong negotiation and supplier management skills and strong analytical skills, financially astute and budgetary control and business/financial planning experience. You will ensure the Engineering business are committed to a business/financial plan that supports BA’s operating margin and capital spend targets, drive and monitor progress towards achievement of the targets; propose and champion any necessary corrective actions to ensure delivery, provide comprehensive financial support and challenge to high profile external suppliers. You will drive negotiations for new aircraft engine purchases, deliver high levels of financial control. Quote reference: UKLHR1378
