Provide an excellent level of customer service both face to face and over the telephone.Ensure accuracy in picking and storing stock in the Stores, loading and unloading vehicles safely and minimising damage to stock.All goods to be labelled correctly. Ensure all excess stock and returns are dealt with in accordance with company policy.Responsibility for ensuring all branch stocks are managed effectively and all goods in and out are dealt with in accordance with company policy and to customers satisfaction. Accurate completion of all paperwork, ensuring it is up to date and filed correctly, with errors minimised. Deliveries to be made within agreed timescales, ensuring all delivery paperwork is completed and any moneys collected and recorded in line with Company procedure Company vehicle to be maintained and driven in line with Company.
