£6.50 TO £7.50 PER HOUR
5 DAYS - MON -FRI 15 HOURS
We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Assistant to join the team at our Hounslow Day Nursery. Part time Hours 10am- 1pm or 11am - 2pm The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for assisting the cook with all kitchen related duties, ensuring that a high standard of cleanliness is adhered to at all times and to prepare and deliver all food requirements for the nursery in conjunction with the cook. Experience in a similar role and a recognised catering qualification is desirable, however not essential. A food hygiene certificate would also be desirable. Key Responsibilities will include: Ordering food supplies required to deliver the menu and supply the fruit for the morning snack Prepare and follow procedures for special preference diet requirements Adhere to the agreed menu Prepare any puree foods required .
