duties are to process daily operation of bookings when received from Clients. Arrange Quotations, and ensure clients expectations are met in full. Complete pre and post shipment tasks, as defined below.Quotations processed. Accurate & Prompt response.Pr ogress Order Chasers o.b.o overseas office.Receive bookings from clients.Arrange collection of goods.Establish Routing & Rating.Book with Gateway / Carrier.Advise flight details to client.Enter Shipment data in Operating Systems; FOS, INTRAC.Process AMS Customs Entries on USA destined / transit shipments.Process NES Customs Entries on all shipments.Check Credit Limits and liaise with Credit Control when necessary.
