I currently have a position for a commercial costs draftsman in a central London firm. You will need to have strong experience working within costs as a costs draftsman and this would ideally be within commercial costs, but experience in high end clinical negligence, medical negligence or personal injury costs would be considered. Working in a busy costs team you will be drafting bills and schedules of costs as well as drafting points of dispute and advising clients on costs issues. You will also being working closely with the negotiations team as well as attending detailed assessment hearings. BHcosts362
