ME Quantity Surveyor Salary: to 50k outstanding package including 25 PRPAn experienced ME Quantity Surveyor is being sought by this leading contractor to work on projects ranging from 700k to 8m within the commercial building and hotel sectors with 70 of work being based in London and the remainder along the M3 corridor. It is essential that you are well versed with dealing with sub-contractors and also ensuring that the commercial interests of the organisation are well managed to ensure a win-win situation for yourself and the client 92 of this organisations work is from repeat business.While it is likely that you will have a minimum of HNC qualification, the key requirement is that you have a balanced approach to contractual issues and that you have a passion for working within the team.
