Excellent Customer Service and communications Skills, Must be calm and polite with good verbal cation skills. Smart appearance, have ability to stay calm under pressure, be a team player, be reliable and conscientious, be flexible and dynamic. Your duties will include running a busy reception area, dealing with tenants and visitors questions, ensuring the security of the premises and its occupants. Liaising with the building facilities managers and completing all reporting including patrols, key registers, visitors registers, and deliveries. .
