40 Hours per week - must be flexible
Our client, one of the premier manned guarding service providers, wishes to appoint a Regional Operations Manager to manage a team of Area Managers. This is a field-based role with the primary objective of ensuring first class service delivery. You will be responsible for the overall commercial management of the region, monitoring the service level performance of your designated areas to ensure delivery meets, and exceeds where it is cost effective, the contractual specifications, as well as overseeing the design, introduction and implementation of new service initiatives to meet your customers changing needs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of service delivery within the corporate sect.
