Kitchen Porter Supervisor Required / Watford, Hertfordshire, London
£6.50 per hour
35-45 hours, 5 days from 7, between 7am and 11pm

Previous supervisory experience is required. Extensive knowledge or risk assessments, manual handling, and chemical usage is preferred. Basic Food Hygiene certificate is an advantage. Must be able perform under pressure during busy periods and possess strong organisational skills. Duties include managing up to 4 staff on each 6-8 hour shifts, updating and submitting cleaning schedules to record tasks on a daily basis according to all the schedules. Working on different shifts as a working supervisor, providing and maintaining hygiene and safe working environment, reporting activities on a daily basis to the executive chef. The ideal candidate will be responsible to ensure pot wash area is adequately manned with sufficient cleaning supplies and maintaining optimum standards of hygiene and adhering to hotel Health & Safety standards at all times.
