You will be responsible for assisting in running and developing an efficient food and beverage service. In addition to managing day to day bars and restaurant you will be doing ordering and stock control. Flexibility is vital as there will be evening and weekend work. Hours are worked according to the needs of the service. Applicants must be flexible, enthusiastic and friendly and be able to demonstrate the best principles of customer care.
