The new opening Premier Inn Heathrow Terminal 5 is has a fantastic opportunity to recruit new Team Members to be part of our opening team. We are looking for guest focussed Reception Team Members who place an extremely high standard on Guest Service and can thrive in a team environment. Our Reception team members will support the efficient and effective running of the Premier Inn reception, meeting the Premier Inn standards of preparation, following all necessary procedures to ensure maximum occupancy levels and providing positive, memorable experiences to every guest. Skills-Shows real interest and determination in terms for drive for results-Ability to confront day to day issues, remain calm under pressure and sensitive to others.-Passionate and enthusiastic.
