Part Time Hire Consultant Required at HSS Hire Services / Heathrow, Hounslow, London
MEETS NATIONAL MINIMUM WAGE
Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking for a Part Time Hire Consultant based at our Heathrow branch. You will assist in achieving income growth and profitability in the outlet and actively develop and manage strong customer relationships over the phone and in person. You will deal with customer requirements either in person or over the telephone. You should be responsive to customers enquiries and complaints, resolving complaints efficiently and courteously. You will assist in seeking out, identifying and seizing new sales opportunities and minimise customer debt by ensuring accuracy of invoicing and assist with dispute resolution.
