The Desktop Systems team plays a key role in enabling the College to meet its strategic objectives through provision of the student desktop and email services and of the managed desktop services underpinning the activity of professional services staff and many academic staff. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience of running managed desktop systems and of application packaging and delivery e.g. ThinApp, ZENworks, MSI, AdminStudio alongside proven strong analytical and problem solving skills. Furthermore you should have substantial knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems as well as network protocols including Ethernet and TCPIP.
