Kitchen Supervisor Required / Ealing, West London
£6.40 per hour
16 per week, Saturday and Sunday, 6:30am-3pm
An enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Supervisor with previous experience is required for our site in Claypond Hospital. Main duties include: Cooking for hospital patients; Ensuring all food requests are completed and correct; To ensure ordered are promptly and correctly stored and rotated; To allocate and complete daily preparation of food to; ensure all food defrosted and prepared is correctly dated; To carry out daily temperature checks on fridges, freezers, etc. To provide feedback to managers; To implement new initiatives and improvement plans; To verify orders on receipt raising issues to duty manager; To conduct duties in line with food specification manual, hygiene, health and safety procedures. The required candidate will have previous experience in Management, must be IT literate and have knowledge in ordering, stock counts etc. you can upload your CV at CV-Form.
