Undertake surveying services on domestic properties, ensure suitable for install of solar panels. Provide a clear schedule, identify any additional, abnormal works caused by location, construction of dwelling. Ensure safe provision of solar panel install services on site and in customer premises are possible prior to install teams arriving. Produce clear, precise survey reports allowing detailed and final cost estimates to be prepared. Highlight any access, delivery issues, identify additional, special scaffolding works. Responsible for conducting planned, reactive servicing of biomass and gas fuelled district heating system plants, incl boiler servicing, flue cleaning, safety checks and parts replacement. NVQ L2 Plumb, Heat, member of comp person scheme, CSCS card holder, 17th edition, strong heat eng background, exp of plantrms, surveys, elecs.
