Maintenance Electrician Required, Building Services Management / Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, London
£27000 - £28000 per annum
40 HOUR WEEK, MONDAY-FRIDAY, DAYS

Duties: Constantly monitor building and equipment performance to minimise any disruption to estate operations, using all means available including any computerised management systems. Reactive maintenance: Investigate all reactive customer queries, carry out/rectify minor faults without specialist contractor intervention. Planned maintenance: carry out planned maintenance tasks as directed by manufacturers guidelines/industry best practice. Other tasks: carry out any other tasks reasonably required to ensure a smooth business operation. Proactively maintain building fabric and plant and equipment to obtain maximum reliability and asset life. Understand and operate a computerised Building Management Control System and be able to interrogate and monitor the operation of all building services.
