£20000.00 TO £25000.00 PER ANNUM
Manage daily order, shipping and billing for the team work from delivery schedulesLiaising with the governing bodies regarding importation documentsLiaising with tradersplanners regarding delivery progressStock control, reconciling stocks and implementing control measuresUsing in-house computer system to release stock reports on availability and usage, manage customer invoicing and landing new stocks Co-ordinate with accounts to: match payments against invoices, credit debits overdue customer payments and VAT issues Purchase logistics and advise new shipment protocols for packed goods as well as hazardous cargos Strong administration, data entry and organisation skills MUST BE A NORWEGIAN SPEAKER.
