Sia Security Supervisor Required / Westminster, Central London
£28000 PER ANNUM
40 HOURS PER WEEK - MUST BE FLEXIBLE
a leading security service provider, seeks to recruit a Supervisor to manage a team of security officers. You will supervise, lead and motivate a team of uniformed security officers to carry out comprehensive best practice security and Health Safety duties to ensure a safe environment for staff, freelancers/contractors, high profile customers and visitors. You will liaise with senior management and provide security support and advice to minimise exposure to loss, through the implementation of security policies and procedures. Previous experience working as a supervisor or team leader of a large team of officers is essential. This role involves working shifts which will consist of days and nights. .
