a main dealer in North West London, is currently looking to recruit a Part Time Call Centre Advisor to join their busy team. Daily Tasks: Book in vehicles for service work, Track vehicles through the workshop, Undertake financial administration required for service work, Handle customer queries over the telephone, Maintain customer records, Deal with customer complaints, Use technology effectively, Comply with retailer guidelines and procedures, Contribute to effective working. The ideal candidate will have: Must have previous call centre experience, Proven customer service skills, Minimum typing speed of at least 35 wpm, IT skills including Word and Outlook. Must have previous selling and call centre experience.
