Hotel Office, Online Marketing Assistant Required / Westminster, London
£24000 PER ANNUM
9 HOURS PER DAY, MONDAY TO FRIDAY
Your duties will be assessing, managing delegating workflow and responsibilities company wide. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, provide administrative support to Directors, comprehensive support to all departments. Other responsibilities include general provisional needs of the office including payments, invoices, logistics management, online marketing, administration management. Specific online marketing requirements include knowledge of CMS for website management, ability with HTML code to maintain brand standards when designing and coordinating the email marketing strategies and campaigns. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Dreamweaver will be required to carry out website management and email marketing campaign aspects. Relevant industry and PR experience, and ideally a tertiary degree.
