Customer Service Representative Required / Slough, London
£18,000 TO £20,000 PER ANNUM
40 HOURS PER WEEK, DAY/EVENING SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Delivering a high standard of personal service to our customers in accordance with laid down policies, processes and procedures. This will involve interacting with customers over the telephone, email and text message, and maintaining customer accounts with up to date information. As this is a start up we will expect staff to chip in where ever needed even with tasks that may not be directly related to their role. The teams job is to make things happen, find solutions and stand out as a company that delivers exceptional service to customers: nothing is too small. It is likely applicants will undergo a basic credit check and standard CRB check at the company's expense.
