Plumber Required, Plumbing Maintenance Operative / South East London
£17,410 per annum
40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days
Please note a knowledge of plumbing is essential to this role. Duties include to carry out specifically plumbing maintenance and repairs for all areas of the hotel, to participate within the maintenance department’s shift rota, to perform other duties outside of your specific trade, to support all other departments ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable stay with us, to be able to tackle various general tasks within other trades such as basic electrical tasks and any general/handyman tasks as and when required, to carry out planned preventative maintenance activities in accordance with the company and departmental standards to all areas of the hotel. This will include guest bedrooms, public areas, and all plant/machinery.
