42 per week, Monday to Sunday, 7.00am to 7.00pm & 7pm-7am

We provide a 24 hour security service, in and around the University campuses and halls of residence. Average working week 42 hours worked over 4 days from 7am to 7pm - days, and 7pm to 7am - nights, with the following 4 days/nights off. Rolling shift pattern requires Security staff to work 6 weeks of nights followed by one week of days. Active and demanding role requires good verbal and written communication skills, a calm and practical approach to emergency and emotive situations, and good physical fitness. Experience as a Security Officer would be an advantage and ongoing training will be provided. Current valid driving licence, 10 year verifiable work/back to school record and a current SIA Manned Guarding Licence and a current SIA CCTV Licence. . Please quote ref KUS387
