£28000.00 to £30000.00 Per Annum
40 hours over 5 days + overtime and call out rota.
Our Client is a leading provider of technology driven facilities and energy management solutions. Job Purpose :To provide a technical service with the minimum of supervision to the company's clients in respect of air conditioning electrical service, repairs, maintenance and installation. Duties include :To undertake air conditioning electrical PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk and provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota. To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship.Candidate must be electrically qualified to 17th Edition and hold F-Gas and Air Conditioning experience on various systems.Candidate must be willing to travel into central London 2 to 3 days per week in company provided vehicle.
