We are seeking a retail supervisor ready for the next challenge to work in an exciting retail environment at our store in Aylesbury. As an Assistant Manager you will report to the Branch Manager and assist in achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, recruiting, retaining and training store team including the organising of staff rotas, control of stock and the completion of relevant paperwork. New Assistant Managers receive a structured management induction programme. Only successful applicants will be contacted for an interview.
