client based just outside of Aylesbury have a vacancy for a Service Lead Engineer. Duties include: Attend regular training and product updates, develop and implement service structures for new product lines, liaise with the engineers for training purposes. Supervisory role on multi-engineer calls within allotted area, carry out risk assessments, attend s ite calls throughout the country, offer a comprehensive install/service and commissioning structure. Report in line with procedures both verbally to the scheduling team, using software and, where appropriate, using laptop or PDA provided. Liaise with manager regarding the reduction of all outstanding calls. Offer technical assistance to the ops team. Excellent customer service skills, committed and organised with a good geographical knowledge of the UK REF number: NM1771.
