Plans & directs Kenyon’s call centre policies, objectives, & initiatives. Responsible for activation, performance & operation of the Kenyon International Call Centre (KICC) And the Media Call Centre. On call 24/7 /365 days a year to support deployments. Must be able to travel on moment’s notice. Flexible to work in office or disaster field environments. Ability to work alone with a minimum amount of supervision, in a busy and stressful environment, good analysing, planning and interpersonal skills. Experience in telecommunications &/or call centre industry and familiar with standard concepts, practices, & procedures, as well as customer service &sales background. Ability to produce worksheets, documents & presentations using Microsoft Office Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Possess a valid Passport & immunization record.
