£14000 TO £17500 PER ANNUM
If you speak fluent Finnish and English this is the chance to work for a market-leading Conferencing provider within their multi-lingual European Customer Service team. Working within this busy and dynamic Service Centre you will be setting up and managing live teleconferences. This is an office based role dealing with inboundoutbound calls and managing the automated conference service. Fluency in FinnishEnglish is essential, as well as an excellent telephone manner. You will have customer service experience, be highly organised, flexible and have good communication skills.
