OVEN BAKED SUPERVISORYou will be responsible for the department and managing the Oven Fresh team (under the guidance of the Counters Manager in some locations) as well as the preparation and cooking of oven ready poultry and a range of rotisserie products. Will monitor stock levels/temperature controls and provide accurate stock counts meeting daily de adlines.Will also ensure presentation and display levels are maintained as well as using your selling skills to maximise sales and minimise waste. Good planning skills are required and attention to detail to ensure food safety guidelines are followed at all times.
