CANTEEN SUPERVISORPrevious relevant supervisory experience is required. You will be responsible for the department and supervising the Canteen team as well as maintaining a fully operational Staff Canteen, providing quality, variety and healthy option menus as well as counter service for staff.Will also ensure adequate catering to meet the fluctuating levels of staff throughout the day and be responsible for daily purchase of fresh provisions and goods whilst maintaining weekly accounts for both purchases and sales, ensuring profit margins are met.
