Dental Practice Manager Required / Westminster, Central London
£17000 to £24000 per annum
40 hours per week Days to be arranged
Experienced Dental Practice Manager also with Dental Nursing experience required to work in this busy Mixed Dental Practice. Successful candidates must have previous dental nursing experience or six months practice management experience, or similar. As manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the practice including; manage and support non-Clinical team, assist the Practice with employment, development, discipline and general personnel matters. Oversee Practice staffing, validate and pay or forward invoices, forward claims to the DPB, reconcile payments, minimise bad debts, reduce the use of Clinician's time on non-clinical tasks. Monitor appointments and referrals, help to minimise failed appointments and other tasks. The practice is also supportive in undertaking additional CPD related activities.
