Wheat croft Sims Associates are acting as an Employment Agency and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant in the Education Sector. Ideally you will have worked in the Education sector or have transferable skills from other sector with a good track record in winning new business. You will be dealing with Primary Schools, Secondary School and. Schools requiring staff to teach Special Needs. They are a Market Leader in Education and are looking to expand their team with a career focused dynamic individual. You will be responsible for your own workload and you must have strong interpersonal skills as you will be interviewing your own candidates and dealing directly with your own clients. Candidate must have the following:-Experience in Education Recruitment Strong Communication Skills Good rapport building skills.
