Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of several buildings based on the university campus. Working alongside other trade, technical and contracted teams in order to meet the ongoing needs of the university, tenants and staff. You should be proficient in the skills required to be able to service and maintain all building services.Candidates applying for this role should be capable of working in a multi disciplined environment, with experience in fault finding on mechanical and building controls systems and have successfully completed an indentured apprenticeship scheme. You should also be able to demonstrate experience of team working, delivering a quality customer service and must be fully IT literate and experienced in working with modern CMMS.
