Our client based in Warwick are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their busy existing team. As a Payroll Administrator you will be accurately, updating and processing payroll information, as part of a team for a payroll of up to 9,0000 employees, working to strict deadlines within statutory legislation. Daily duties will include: Processing of timesheets and TA files calculation of payments and input of relevant data, processing of various tax information forms correctly, processing starters, changes, leavers, bank details, pension information, tax credits etc, accurately and in a timely manner, provide management information relating to, for example, late unsubmitted time sheets or overpayments, missing bank details to improve processes, practices and procedures.
