JOB OVERVIEWThe Accounts Co-ordinator is responsible for day to day running of the hotels sales ledger, guest ledger, invoice processing and daily banking reconciliation. This role also assists with the induction, training and on-going support of all new team members within this business area. Ensure Sales Ledger is below 5 of aged debtDaily monitor of Guest. Ledger to health check house accounts and in house balances Weekly processing of accounts payable invoices and petty cash Cash banking and credit card reconciliation Liaise with our Central Finance Support team Liaise with the Management Team to identify and deliver team training to ensure good financial practises.
