Maintenance Supervisor Required / Stoke Newington, North London
£600 to £720 per week + car
42.5 PER WEEK, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, DAYS
We are working on behalf of our client to source a Maintenance Supervisor. The client, a main contractor that have partnered with housing associations are looking for a supervisor to work on a temporary to permanent basis dealing with the reactive repairs and maintenance on the HA properties. You will be expected to make sure that there is accurate reporting within your department, managing a team of operatives as well as previous experience of delivering Health & Safety policies. This job requires you to be experienced in social housing maintenance, be able to demonstrate management and customer services and must have previous maintenance supervisory experience. The successful applicant should have all of the above and will have the ability to keep the team working, the tenants happy, and the key performance indicators in the high 90%.
