To maximise sales, profit and operational effectiveness through leadership, coaching and development of store teams. Provide clear and consistent direction to store teams to enable the business to achieve its objectives. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for: People Management and Development, Manage a number of high performance teams across a cluster of stores, providing strong leadership and customer service focus, and ensure the personal development and growth of the team, Drive continuous improvement in stores through coaching and guidance to achieve operational excellence in the delivery of customer service, Ensure poor performance issues are addressed promptly and effectively, perform on-going one to one reviews, Inspires others by challenging and encouraging and guiding.
