Description: Our client is looking to recruit a Manufacturing Manager/Engineering Manager to it's growing team. The role will include the management & administration of existing & new product development,identifying lean opportunities & continuous improvement whilst ensuring all quality,environmental & H&S legislation & standards are adhered to. The ideal candidate will provide technical authority to, & management of,a small team of skilled personnel,whilst building relationships with customers, suppliers & all levels of the company. Being commercially aware and quality led,the ability to demonstrate a track record in management,production scheduling & engineering with experience of CAD/CAM & CNC 4/5 axis machining is required. Candidates with experience in exotic & precious metals & Delcam-Powermill CAM software will be at a distinct advantage.
