Due to expansion, our client is looking to recruit a Production Engineer to their growing team. The role will include the design and development of jigs and fixtures for manufacturing operations, Bill of materials generation, defining & implementing process routes including operator training. The ideal candidate will be able to assist in CAD/CAM modeling and programming, ensure drawing control is maintained whilst liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors. The role is “hands on” and provides the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the development and success of the company through meeting and exceeding customer’s expectations. Candidates that have experience of exotic and precious metals will be at a distinct advantage as will applicants with experience of Delcam - Powermill CAM software.
