Previous experience is not essential. Duties include decorating, fixing curtain rails, hanging curtains, replacing tap washers, clearing sink blockages, replacing light bulbs, maintenance of planted areas. You will also be responsible for fire safety checks and completion of monthly maintenance audits and all other related tasks as required.Successful applicants will be required to provide a standard or enhanced disclosure.
