As a Local Business Manager your main responsibilities will involve: Developing new customer relationships in the Business Banking sector, Managing a portfolio of existing customers, and Being the local subject matter expert for Branch colleagues and represent our clients Business Banking in the local business community. You will ideally have experience of:. A comprehensive understanding of the financial and non-financial issues facing small business, Proven record of exceeding challenging business sales and lending targets and developing profitable customer relationships whilst giving excellent customer service, and Face to face experience in dealing with small businesses and a strong preference for Business Banking experience in our target market sub 250,000 turnover p.a.
