£22000 to £24000 Per Annum
My client is very specific with regards to their requirements. You must have experience of delivering Decent Homes refurbishment projects not new build, working for a social housing contractor. Unfortunately if you do not meet these criteria you will not be considered on this occasion. The ideal Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have the following experience. HNC HND in Building Studies with minimum of 2 years relevant experience Previous Schedule of rates experience. Good Microsoft Excel Word and E-Mailing Skill planning, programming and prioritising skills. Good communication skills. Flexible approach to work with ability to work on own. Good team player. Attention to detail. Competent in Microsoft office skills. Full driving License.
