Quantity Surveyor Required / Chelmsford, Essex, London
Negotiable depending on experience
45 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 5.30pm
Experience of estimating visiting the client after the initial enquiry, collating prices and producing a comprehensive quotation, dealing with the sourcing and booking of sub contractors and dealing with planing and building control. Client liaison during works. On completion the candidate will deal with snagging, retentions, final account and completion of. O and M manuals if required. Experience of project sizes from £50,000 to £500,000. Sectors-comercial, education, local authorities and private.
