General Maintenance Supervisor Required / Catford, South East London
Negotiable depending on experience
43 Hrs per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-7pm + On call
Previous experience of maintenance would be beneficial. Duties to include supervising of maintenance and cleaning. You will have frequent contact with outside agencies and clients. You will be responsible for maintaining health and safety. Must have good communication skills both verbal and written and have basic IT skills. Must be able to work flexible hours and be able to do call-outs out of hours. You will need a full and clean driving licence. .
