£28000 - £30000 per annum + Benefits
40 hours Days to be arranged.
You will be tasked with maintaining a high profile multi tenanted building in the City of London, whilst the majority of the tasks will be electrically focused you will undertake general facilities management duties. The role will be client facing so you will interact with the end customer on a regular basis. The position is on a day shift basis Monday to. Friday with a working week of 40 hours.We are looking to attract candidates with the following skills and experience;- You will be a 17th edition holder,- Previous experience of working in a client facing role,- Proven experience in a reactive and planned maintenance.
