CARE WORKER ADULT LEARNING DISABILITY. Our criteria are:- Experience as a care worker especially in specialist care eg Learning Disability. Prefer NVQ 2 or equivalent in care. Good experience as a care worker esp with service users with a learning disability but other experience considered e.g elderly, ABI, children's services etc. Comfortable at dealing with challenging behaviour. Driver preferred. Other relevant training or experience. Enthusiasm. Commitment. Reliability. Teamwork. Right to work in the UK.
