40 per week 5 days out of 7, days, evening, nights

Must have an NVQ Level 4 in Care or equivalent qualification. Duties include determining staffing, financial, material and other short and long term requirements, plan work schedules, assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to staff, arrange for payment of bills, keep accounts and adhere to health, safety and other statutory requirements, maintain contact between residents and the local community and their family and friends, ensure that residents have access to health and social care services as required.
