Senior Residential Home Childcare Worker Required / Quinton,Birmingham, West Midlands
24 HOURS PER WEEK, 4 DAYS FROM OVER 24 HOURS
QUINTON, BIRMINGHAM, WEST MIDS B32
Previous experience is essential. You will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or diploma in Caring for Children and Young People or Equivalent. You will be taking on a junior management role. You will provide care and support to children and young people aged 8 to under 18 years with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Assist in the development of. Care Plans. Liaison with Social Workers and other leading services. Assist in offering a range of programmes to support service users to improve the quality of their lives. Be able to communicate clearly at all levels. .
