West Midlands Home based Care is currently recruiting a Health Care Co-Coordinator/Team leader who needs to be flexible and reliable individual as will be working with older adults 25% office based, 75% working in the community which includes days, evenings, weekends. Drivers essential. Previous experience advantageous, although induction and training is given.
