Based in our small but vibrant call centre, you will be working on an outbound and inbound sales line selling various insurance products by identifying customer needs. To apply for this role, you need to: genuinely enjoy telephone contact with customers, be able to communicate professionally in English and have had previous call centre or sales experience. Working under FSA regulations you'll need to be precise, accurate and have a keen eye for detail. You'll need to be resilient and someone who thrives on selling and working towards achieving targets.
